Action exceeded my expectations, provided excellent communications from both the office and the chauffeurs. If you are traveling to ATL, I would highly recommend this very professional car services. They tracked my trip and communicated with me that they were aware my flight was delayed eliminating stress for me. My chauffeur guided me to the vehicle by phone from the moment I arrived until I was seated in his SUV. I can’t say enough about this company and their professionalism and proactive communications.”

“What a magical experience from start to finish. Our Chauffeur Donnie Hurst is to notch and literally and figuratively rolled out the red carpet for us.
The limo was clean and came equipped with lights, Bluetooth connect for our own custom music experience and beverage options if we wanted.
The traveling was smooth as silk and we all felt at ease. The services offered was wide and filled us confidence with our purchases.

“We had a wonderful experience with Action Worldwide Transportation Services! We hired a minibus to take our group of 20 people from the Kimpton Overland Hotel to Morton’s Steakhouse. Making the reservation was quick and simple, as Pam understood everything I told her. She also made adjusting our booking very easy. Our driver, Riley, was polite and extremely professional!! On the morning of the requested service, I received a text from him to introduce himself and confirm details. He arrived EARLY and was sure to let me know we did not have to rush. The bus was clean and in great condition – inside and out. Riley explained that he’d be waiting nearby and asked me to text him when the group was finished with dinner. As soon as I did, he was there! We will definitely use Action Worldwide again and will be sure to share with others as well.”

“Airport transfer from Downtown Atlanta in a Suburban for only twice the price of a regular taxi. Taxis are hard to come by with the snow this weekend and a huge 26,000 delegate medical convention in town. Very easy to book online and very responsive.
